Since 2015, my partners Tim Doud, Linn Meyers and I have been working to found STABLE - an artist studio program in Washington DC. With its 21 studio spaces of varying sizes and an 1,100 Sqf exhibition space STABLE provides visual artists with an active work-space to pursue their profession.

Mission: STABLE's mission is strengthening Washington, DC's contemporary visual arts community by providing affordable and sustainable studio space, fostering an engaged, diverse community, and collaborating with local, national, and international partners to provide programming and exhibition opportunities in Washington, DC.

Vision: STABLE will change the arts landscape in DC by supporting a creative community where visual artists not only remain in the city but thrive.

Values: STABLE is committed to excellence in the visual arts, an engaged inclusive community, dialogue, partnerships and stability.
